Job summary

Syfe is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to focus on acquiring and growing relationships with affluent and HNW clients across Asia-Pacific. You will drive AUM growth and deliver personalised advisory backed by Syfe’s investment platform and portfolios.

You'll engage sophisticated clients, build pipelines through referrals, partnerships, and business development, and collaborate with product and marketing to refine onboarding journeys and proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wealth management, sales, or investment advisory for affluent/HNW clients.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and growing wallet share through advisory.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage sophisticated investors.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with digital advisory tools; fintech/start-up interest a plus.
• MAS-licensed or eligible under the Financial Advisers Act.

• Develop financial proposals, portfolio diagnostics, and implementation plans in line with client goals.
• Stay up to date with market trends, portfolio strategy developments, and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a wealth management, sales, or investment advisory role covering affluent and/or HNW clients.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and growing wallet share through consultative advisory.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust among sophisticated investors.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with digital advisory tools and a strong interest in fintech or start-ups is a plus.
• MAS-licensed or eligible under the Financial Advisers Act.
