With a minimum of 7+ years of experience in warehouse management, ideally in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or healthcare sector, you will lead the warehouse team in achieving operational excellence.Your responsibilities include managing and leading warehouse operations encompassing receiving, storage, inventory management, dispatch, and returns. You will focus on maintaining optimal inventory levels, implementing best practices for efficiency, training and supervising staff, ensuring timely dispatches, and upholding regulatory compliance and safety protocols. Collaboration with various teams such as procurement, logistics, sales, and quality is essential for seamless operations.Your qualifications should include a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant warehouse management experience. Proficiency in warehouse procedures, inventory control, logistics, and warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software is crucial.
