Job Description

Purpose:

Manage materials handling, including but not limited to receiving and processing incoming materials, applying labels, moving pallets, re-palletizing materials, retrieving raw materials from cold rooms, and returning raw materials to pallets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials to production from internal warehouse and 3PL to prevent production stoppages.
  2. Raise materials damage reports, materials disposition authorizations, and other documents to track inventory movement.
  3. Ensure all transfer order transactions in SAP are completed accurately according to physical movements; handle, file documentation properly, and ensure data is posted correctly in SAP.
  4. Support investigations into inventory discrepancies and violations of GMP and EHS procedures.
  5. Responsible for sampling raw materials for laboratory testing according to standards.
  6. Participate in routine cycle counting activities, including physical counts, check, verification, and data entry; ensure proper inventory management.
  7. Support outbound shipments via land, sea, and air, ensuring timely packing and loading for delivery.
  8. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and VNA following safety procedures.
  9. Maintain all equipment and vehicles in good condition through timely preventive maintenance.
  10. Keep work environment safe and clean by maintaining organized shelves, pallet areas, and workstations.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Supply Chain, ITE, or equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a GMP warehouse environment.
  3. Experience handling sterile and hazardous materials.
  4. Knowledge of GMP practices including documentation and sampling.
  5. Ability to perform sampling of raw materials (solid and liquid).
  6. Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and overtime when required.
