Job summary

Ikigaienablers in Singapore is seeking an experienced Vulnerability Management & Penetration Testing Lead to develop, manage and continuously improve the VMPT program in a regulated financial-services environment. This senior role combines vulnerability management, penetration testing, security governance, risk-based prioritization, remediation management, stakeholder engagement, and program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Penetration testing and vulnerability management experience preferred.
• Experience leading security programs and governance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and continuously improve the VMPT program.
• Own the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle from discovery to closure.
• Develop and maintain VMPT policies, standards, processes, and reporting.
• Lead vulnerability triage by assessing threat exposure, business impact, and risk.
• Prioritize remediation based on risk and manage remediation SLAs.
• Chair governance forums and expedite high-risk findings to management.
• Track vulnerabilities, exceptions, residual risks, remediation status, and closure.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and management reports on VMPT posture.
• Identify gaps and drive RBVM improvements.
• Research and recommend VMPT tooling and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, cloud, IT risk, and business stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external security assessment vendors.
• Mentor and guide junior VMPT/security team members.
• Coordinate penetration testing across networks, applications, APIs, cloud, and mobile environments.
• Define and maintain penetration testing methodologies and engagement rules.
