Job Responsibilities

Job Scope Summary:
• Reporting to the Group Head of Cash Product Management for Account Services and Liquidity Management, the team head position will be part of the GTB Cash Product Management team.
• Drive innovation, stay relevant on market trends and develop plans to achieve our long-term vision and leadership positions in South East Asia and Greater China.
• Leading a team of product managers, the role will drive and grow the liquidity and deposit portfolios, oversee all aspects of liquidity management solutions. These include deposit gathering plans, account structuring & solutioning helping businesses across time zones and geographies to optimize their working capital needs.
• In addition, this role is responsible for:

  1. Digital Initiatives for Cash Management which include but not limited to Digital Account Opening, Onboarding and eKYC.
  2. Oversight of all ecosystem partnerships across GTB for Cash initiatives - from opportunity identification, onboarding, performance management to exit process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support your manager and lead a team of product managers to identify and actively contribute to business strategies for cash management especially for liquidity management solutions.
• Partner and collaborate closely with multiple internal stakeholders including Sales, Corporate Banking, middle and back offices to drive end-to-end product design, development, maintenance and commercialization throughout the liquidity management solution life cycle. Work closely with compliance, legal and risk partners to ensure proper governance and risk control.
• Ensure all projects assigned are executed using a ‘best-practice’ Project Delivery Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
• Manage the administration for project submissions and approvals through the agreed prioritisation and approval process, maintain a pipeline of approved projects.
• Ensure all projects responsible are delivered according to project schedules and budgets developed in consultation with Product Management, Technology and Operations teams.
• Build business requirements (BRD) as the basis for Technical Development, Operations, processing and other cross-functional departments to build systems, procedures and materials to support product development and ongoing product enhancements.
• Demonstrate and apply analytical as well as strategic thinking skills, demonstrate subject matter excellence, instil teamwork, show exceptional judgment and decision-making, and can work independently.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 15 years of working experience, ideally in the wholesale banking space and significant experience at a senior level in Transaction Banking.
• Must possess very strong cross-platform digital and technical knowledge and be up-to-date with the latest market developments.
• A proven track record of leading complex projects to completion.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
