Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced global corporate communications environment.
• Strong relationships with media, especially financial/business journalists.
• Excellent written and spoken English; crisis communication experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic internal and external communications plans.
• Formulate media relations strategies and manage external communications.
• Lead social media strategy to raise Citi’s profile in Singapore.
• Draft speeches and memos for senior management and coordinate with regulators.
• Ensure regulatory/compliance issues are addressed in communications and risk messages.
