Job summary

Edelman Singapore seeks a Senior Vice President of Financial Communications to lead capital markets accounts and guide teams across a diverse client portfolio, including private equity, hedge funds and asset managers.

You will advise C-suite executives on financial communications, supervise campaigns, crises, regulatory matters, and thought leadership while driving new business development and delivering client service excellence across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in political science, business, journalism, public policy, communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert financial communications and capital markets advice to clients.
• Act as the primary client relationship manager, advising C-suite executives on financial communications.
• Collaborate with Edelman colleagues across regions and sectors to grow services.
• Lead business development efforts, including pitches and new opportunities.
• Drive marketing and thought leadership initiatives to elevate Edelman Smithfield’s presence.
• Ensure proactive, responsive service and accountability for deliverables.
• Oversee multiple complex projects from concept to completion.
• Maintain budgets and staffing plans to ensure operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster growth.
• Commit to continuous learning and leadership development.
