You will design striking visuals and produce engaging videos that connect, move, and inspire audiences across programmes, initiatives, and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or creative communications.
• Strong storytelling instinct: distill abstract ideas into engaging visuals and narratives.
• Proficiency with design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Ability to juggle multiple projects independently while delivering on time.
• Understanding of how visual elements build cohesive brand experiences.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
• Collaborative spirit, comfortable working with researchers, entrepreneurs and senior leaders alike.
