Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to shape premium brand visuals across retail, packaging and digital touchpoints, from concept through final artwork.

You’ll lead creative concepts for campaigns, design packaging and POSM, and bring retail spaces to life, with 2–4+ years of graphic design experience and a strong portfolio; proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is essential. Experience in beauty or luxury branding is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of graphic/visual design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Strong eye for branding, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of print production and artwork preparation.
• Able to take ownership of projects and work independently.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, luxury, retail, hospitality, lifestyle or FMCG is highly valued.
• Figma, photography, retouching or video editing skills are a plus.

We’re looking for a creative and hands‑on Senior Visual Designer to bring brands to life across retail, digital and physical touchpoints.

This is an opportunity for a designer who enjoys more than just execution—you'll be involved in shaping brand visuals, campaigns, packaging and retail experiences from concept through to final artwork.
