Our Singapore marketing team drives brand presence and retail growth for both brands across major retail partners in the market, spanning TV and home appliance categories.

Role Summary

We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to act as the visual guardian of our brands and a driver of AI-enabled creative production across online and offline touchpoints. You'll be the primary visual force behind campaigns, retail activations, and store presence — a hands-on, results-driven role where you're trusted to bring strong creative judgment to every brief.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Stewardship

• Act as guardian of visual identity across two distinct brands and all creative output, online and offline
• Ensure assets adhere to brand guidelines and design standards across retail and digital channels
• Review and give feedback on partner/vendor/retail-produced materials where required
• Guide and review junior team members when needed
• Partner closely with the marketing team on campaign concepts, translating briefs into polished, on-brand visuals.

Retail & Marketing Design Scope

• Design online assets: social media creatives, e-commerce banners, campaign key visuals, digital ads
• Design offline/physical assets: in-store POP materials, roadshow booth graphics, retail signage
• Support new store openings and renovations with concept visuals and print-ready collateral
• Coordinate with print vendors on physical production where needed
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands and retail partner formats

AI-Enabled Design & Innovation

• Use AI-powered tools as a core part of daily workflow to enhance design process and output effectiveness
• Apply AI/emerging tools to concept visualization, image generation, and production
• Continuously explore new tools and methods to speed up turnaround without compromising quality
• Approach design output with a results-driven mindset — measured by impact and efficiency, not just aesthetics

Creative Quality & Design Thinking

• Apply strong design fundamentals — hierarchy, composition, typography, storytelling
• Stay current with design and visual trends relevant to retail and digital marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Art & Design, or a related creative discipline.
• 4-5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or creative production
• Portfolio showing strong work across both digital and physical/print formats; retail or consumer electronics experience a plus
• Strong sense of business/commercial design— able to balance aesthetics with commercial and brand objectives
• Hands‑on, expert‑level use of AI design tools is a must
• Proficiency in standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent)
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects (campaigns, store openings, roadshows) independently with tight turnarounds
• Results-driven, with a track record of improving design turnaround or output quality
• Experience working within an established brand system is a plus
• Good communication skills — able to work directly with a fast-moving team without heavy hand-holding
