Senior Visual Designer
We're looking for a senior visual designer with a sharp eye for detail, strong creative instincts, and deep experience working with premium eCommerce brands. You will play a key role in translating strategy into high-impact visuals that align with brand identity and convert.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the visual design output for multiple client projects, transforming strategic direction and wireframes into polished, high-converting mockups.
- Ensure all design deliverables align with each brand's identity while supporting performance and usability goals.
- Provide visual direction and feedback across the team, helping others elevate their work and stay aligned with client standards.
- Develop and maintain design systems, brand guides, and asset libraries across client accounts.
- Collaborate with UX, development, and CRO teams to ensure seamless design execution.
- Stay current on visual and eCommerce design trends, bringing fresh ideas to every project.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, focusing on eCommerce.
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced, multi-client environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, color, branding skills, with a track record of high-converting work.
- Expert-level Figma skills, including building and maintaining design systems.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to defend design decisions.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
- Familiarity with UX principles and how visual design supports user flows and conversions.
