Job summary

MORROW Health Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a full-time Videographer and Photographer to craft compelling visuals that tell MORROW’s story and elevate its brand identity. You'll conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photographs, collaborating with the Marketing team to ensure visuals align with the company’s mission.

The role includes pre-production planning, camera operation, lighting and audio setup, and post-production editing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in videography and photography with camera systems, lighting, and audio gear.
• Video editing with Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong visual storytelling, composition, and directing.
• Experience in pre-production tasks like location scouting, mood boards and storyboards.
• Experience collaborating in a creative marketing team.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating content for marketing, social media, or commercial use is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film/Photography/Media Production preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Videographer and Photographer based in Singapore. The individual will be responsible for conceptualising, shooting, and editing high-quality videos and photographs to support MORROW's storytelling and branding. Daily activities include pre-production planning, operating cameras and related equipment, editing multimedia content, and collaborating with the Marketing team to align visual content with MORROW’s brand identity. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in videography and photography, including experience with various camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment
• Skilled in video editing and post-production using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Apple Final Cut Pro
• Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, composition, and filming direction such as blocking
• Ability to manage pre-production tasks such as location scouting, mood boarding, and storyboarding
• Experience in working collaboratively within a creative team on branding and content strategies
• Strong organisational and project management skills to ensure timely delivery of content
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in visual content creation
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Photography, Media Production, or a closely related field is preferred
• Experience in creating content for marketing, social media platforms, or commercial use is an advantage
