Job summary

MORROW is seeking a full‑time Videographer and Photographer to join our on‑site team in Singapore. You will conceptualise, shoot, and edit high‑quality videos and photographs to support MORROW's storytelling and branding efforts.

The role involves pre‑production planning, camera operation, lighting and audio, and close collaboration with the Marketing team to maintain brand consistency. You will work in a fast‑paced, creative environment where attention to detail and meeting deadlines are

• Proficient in videography and photography with diverse camera systems and gear.
• Skilled in video editing using industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and directing visuals.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, shoot and edit high‑quality videos and photographs to support MORROW's storytelling and branding.
• Lead pre‑production planning, location scouting, mood boards, and storyboarding.
• Operate cameras and related gear, manage lighting and audio, and deliver polished content on deadlines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure visuals align with MORROW's brand identity.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Videographer and Photographer based in Singapore. The individual will be responsible for conceptualising, shooting, and editing high-quality videos and photographs to support MORROW's storytelling and branding. Daily activities include pre‑production planning, operating cameras and related equipment, editing multimedia content, and collaborating with the Marketing team to align visual content with MORROW's brand identity. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in videography and photography, including experience with various camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment
• Skilled in video editing and post‑production using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Apple Final Cut Pro
• Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, composition, and filming direction such as blocking
• Ability to manage pre‑production tasks such as location scouting, mood boarding, and storyboarding
• Experience in working collaboratively within a creative team on branding and content strategies
• Strong organisational and project management skills to ensure timely delivery of content
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in visual content creation
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Photography, Media Production, or a closely related field is preferred
• Experience in creating content for marketing, social media platforms, or commercial use is an advantage
