Job description

Position Overview:

The Senior Vice President Sales will spearhead the sales strategy and execution for our Information Technology projects and professional services across key Southeast Asian markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Market - APAC, the successful candidate will drive significant growth through strategic sales initiatives, relationship-building, and a high-performance sales culture and will be responsible for SGD 30 million annual budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for IT projects and professional services across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships and key client accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across the region, promoting a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
  • Forecast, manage, and report sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive analysis to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and profitability for the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Masters’ degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
  • Minimum 25 years of progressive sales leadership experience in IT projects and professional services, with at least 5 years managing a regional sales portfolio.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multimillion-dollar sales pipelines and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of Regional Asian markets and proven ability to operate successfully within diverse cultural and business environments.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership skills, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
