The Opportunity

We're hiring a Vice President / Senior Vice President of Global Sales to lead a geographic revenue "Tower" (e.g., North America, Europe, or Rest of the World). This is a senior, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise sales and drive $2.5M-$5M in annual revenue
  • Build and scale a sales team of 15-20 sellers
  • Personally close deals in the first 3 months to develop a scalable playbook
  • Sell to large global enterprises ($500M-$50B) across key industries
  • Identify and fix sales inefficiencies; establish repeatable best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams
  • Engage in a mix of strategic consultative sales and high-velocity deals (1 day to 3 months)
