We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join as a Senior Vice President, Chief Controls Officer.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support Non-Financial Risk (NFR) management by ensuring the NFR Framework is embedded within the 1LOD Group Chief Operating Officer Organization (GCOO) teams.
• Review and challenge activities of GCOO teams, including assurance on remediation, root cause analysis of incidents, and assessments against regulatory advisories. Participate actively in 1LOD and 2LOD meetings, providing constructive inputs and challenges.
• Ensure timely escalation of material issues, incidents, risk environment changes, vulnerabilities, or emerging risks to senior management.
• Provide risk and control advisory support to GCOO teams, assisting with audits, assurance reviews, and regulatory inspections, ensuring outcomes are appropriate and risks are identified.
• Support the Singapore COO in maintaining effective risk oversight and governance for GCOO teams, collaborating with the 2nd Line of Defence.
• Assist GCOO teams in interactions with regulators, reviewing responses and submissions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
• Help manage changes impacting non-financial risks, working with stakeholders for cross-entity projects, overseeing governance, and providing regular updates to senior management.
