Job summary

Evervet Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Senior / Veterinary Nurse/ Technician to join our team in Singapore. The role involves animal handling, surgical prep, anesthetic monitoring, and assisting with surgeries, with some front-desk duties and emergency triage.

You will care for hospitalized patients and perform in-house labs and diagnostics. The ideal candidate holds at least an O' levels certificate, relevant veterinary qualifications are a plus, and 1–3 years of Vet Nurse/Technician experience

Qualifications

• O' levels certificate or higher.
• Relevant qualifications in veterinary care would be an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Vet Nurse/Technician preferable.

Responsibilities

• Handling and restraint of animals.
• Surgical preparation and anesthetic monitoring.
• Assist with surgical and dental procedures.
• Some reception duties.
• Triaging of emergency cases.
• Care of hospitalized patients.
• In-house laboratory/ diagnostic procedures.

Education

As a Senior / Veterinary Nurse/ Technician, you would be expected to carry out the following duties including but not limited to:

• Handling and restraint of animals
• Surgical preparation and anesthetic monitoring
• Assist with surgical and dental procedures
• Some reception duties
• Triaging of emergency cases
• Care of hospitalized patients
• In-house laboratory/ diagnostic procedures

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• 'O' levels certificate or higher
• Relevant qualifications in veterinary care would be an advantage
• At least 1~ 3 year experience as a Vet Nurse / Technician

You will be required to work up to 5 days per week (inclusive of one weekend).
