Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Senior Valuer to execute valuations for diverse property types for financial institutions, government agencies, and corporate clients. The role involves client sourcing, preparing marketing materials, and contributing to deal origination.

You will perform inspections, prepare proposals, and coordinate junior staff while visiting sites in Singapore and overseas. A Bachelor's in Real Estate and 2–3 years' valuation experience are required; strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in property valuation, real estate advisory, or property consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, property market research, and report preparation.
• Ability to conduct property inspections, site visits, and valuation assignments independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; client engagement and business development a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute valuations for all property types for banks, government agencies, corporate clients and others.
• Source clients and deals, prepare marketing materials for origination and during deal execution.
• Generate pitches to drive new business across Valuation and Advisory.
• Prepare proposals and tender documents; assist senior staff in reports and addressing client queries.

Involved in execution of valuation of all types of properties for various financial institutions, government agencies, corporate clients and others.

About the Role

• Execution of valuation of all types of properties for various financial institutions, government agencies, corporate clients and others.
• Client sourcing, deal sourcing, preparation of marketing materials for origination efforts and during deal execution.
• Generate ideas and pitches for clients and prospects to drive new business across all the Valuation and Advisory business lines.
• Perform indicative valuations, inspection, data searching and/or preparation of proposals and/or tender documents to win assignments.
• Assist Assistant Manager & above to complete reports and address clients' queries where needed.
• Carry out site visits/valuations of properties both in Singapore and overseas.
• Provide guidance and coordinate junior team members in their task distribution where required.

About You

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in property valuation, real estate advisory, or property consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, property market research, and report preparation.
• Ability to conduct property inspections, site visits, and valuation assignments independently.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in client engagement and business development being an advantage.
