Deloitte Southeast Asia invites talented Senior Consultants to join the SR&T – Valuation & Modeling practice in Singapore. You will apply advanced valuation techniques to help clients unlock asset value, assess acquisitions, and support financial reporting and regulatory needs.

You will work with clients to deliver evidence-based recommendations, mentor junior staff, and travel on-site as required, within a culture of inclusion and professional excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• CV A CFA are advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in business valuation or related fields.
• Experience building financial models valuing stock, entities and assets.
• Experience preparing valuation reports and client deliverables; proficient in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at client premises.

Aufgaben

• Perform valuations for financial reporting and business combinations.
• Support goodwill and impairment analyses for financial reporting purposes.
• Prepare valuations for tax purposes across various matters.
• Assist clients with investment decisions and strategic valuation analyses.
• Supervise, train, and develop junior staff; assess performance.
• Communicate insights clearly to clients and stakeholders.
