Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate, Validation in Singapore to oversee design control and lifecycle management at site. You will liaise with R&D for transfer of technical documentation and conduct risk reviews across products within scope, ensuring rigorous quality and regulatory adherence.

The role requires strong validation experience, aseptic knowledge, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering, sciences, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant validation experience
• Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization processes
• Ability to provide after-hours support for validation activities

Responsibilities

• Oversee design control and lifecycle management for site products
• Liaise with R&D for transfer of technical documentation
• Lead transfer of technical documentation related to design control and risk management
• Ensure compliance with GxP and SOPs across projects
• Engage with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, and commercial
