Design for both B2B and B2C digital products, especially in health, wellness, and insurance domains.
Work independently and collaboratively, challenging assumptions and advocating for user-centered design.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into personas, user journeys, and service blueprints.
Communicate research findings clearly and advocate for best UI/UX practices.
Design engaging, accessible experiences across web and mobile platforms, translating complex workflows into intuitive UI.
Incorporate creative interactions and gamification to enhance user engagement, especially in health-related apps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile sprints, contribute to design systems, and manage stakeholder communication effectively.
At least 5 years of experience designing digital products in B2B and B2C contexts.
A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI craftsmanship, and user-centered design skills.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or finance is a plus. Knowledge of PowerBi is a bonus.
Proficiency in Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
Ability to conduct user testing, synthesize findings, and develop journeys, blueprints, and personas from scratch.
Strong problem-solving skills, good design instincts, and a balance of creativity and practicality.
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
High work ethics, responsibility, curiosity, and empathy.
