Job summary

PFCC Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior UX Designer/Researcher to join an AI and data-focused project. You will lead user research and design workflows for data-heavy enterprise applications, translating complex user needs into intuitive experiences.

Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, you will create wireframes and prototypes (Figma), design AI-assisted dashboards, and validate designs through user testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX or product design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX research and design work.
• Experience designing complex, data-heavy platforms, dashboards or operational tools.
• Hands-on user research, wireframing and prototyping experience.
• Ability to work independently in an enterprise environment.
• Experience designing AI-powered products or explainable AI interfaces.

In this role, you will lead user research and design workflows, wireframes and prototypes for data-heavy enterprise applications, exploring how AI-driven insights, predictions and alerts can improve user experience and decision-making. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to develop practical, user-centred design solutions.
