Purpose & Objectives:

TheSenior UX Designerwill leaddesign and user experience effortsfocused on enhancingMOE’s Corporate Finance Systemsforschool and HQ admin users. This role requires a strongservice design approachto improve workflows, simplify complex processes, and optimize overall usability for administrative users across the organization.

Objectives:

• Developuser-centric solutionsthat streamline corporate finance processes and enhance productivity for school and HQ admin users.

• Applyservice design methodologiesto deeply understand pain points, optimize user journeys, and improve usability.

• Drive thedesign-thinking processto create intuitive, efficient, and practical digital solutions for finance systems.

• Leadresearch, prototyping, and usability testingto ensure alignment with user needs and expectations.

• Focus onunderstanding and enhancing a specific corporate finance service system undergoing digital transformationduring the initial6-12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Design and User Research:

• • Conductuser interviews, focus groups, and usability testingto gather insights from school and HQ admin users.
  • Facilitatekick-off workshopsto gather objectives, understand workflows, and align on business requirements.
  • Map outuser journeys and pain pointsto identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Focus on improving aspecific corporate finance service system undergoing digital transformationduring the initial6-12 months.

2. UX Design, Prototyping, and Testing:

• Designwireframes, prototypes, and user flowsto visualize and communicate concepts effectively.
• Validate designs throughuser feedback and usability testingto ensure efficiency and relevance.
• Conductiterative testing and refinementto continuously enhance user experience.
• Manage theend-to-end design process, from ideation and prototyping to final implementation guidance

3. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

• Collaborate withMOE stakeholders, product teams, and finance system usersto ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Facilitateworkshops and ideation sessionsto co-create solutions that address user needs and streamline workflows.
• Clearly communicatedesign decisions and insightsto stakeholders and project leads.

• UX Design Proficiency:Skilled in creatingwireframes, prototypes, and user flowsusing standard UX tools.
