This role necessitates a deep understanding of various acquisition channels, a keen interest in data analysis, and a track record of delivering tangible outcomes.**What You'll Do:**- **Data Analytics:** Translate intricate data into actionable insights, automate reporting processes, and construct dashboards to monitor crucial performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.- **Market Intelligence:** Analyze market trends, competitor tactics, and customer feedback to pinpoint acquisition prospects across diverse channels like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and organic search.- **Paid User Acquisition:** Fine-tune paid advertising campaigns to achieve specific ROAS objectives, oversee ad creatives" briefs and rotation, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with creative teams and agencies to propel user growth.- **Organic User Acquisition:** Enhance organic visibility through App Store optimizations and other relevant initiatives.- **Global Working Culture:** This role will cater to multiple time zones and countries, necessitating an interest in global customer insights.**What You'll Need:**- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker).- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Google Analytics and Adjust is highly advantageous.- Previous experience in managing paid marketing campaigns or crafting analytics solutions for marketing teams is highly beneficial.- Fluency in Hindi and English, coupled with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.**Preferred Skills & Experience:**- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and A/B testing.- 3+ years of experience in user acquisition or digital marketing.,
