Job summary

Randstad Singapore collaborates with a leading commercial client to hire a Senior Critical Facilities Engineer (Integrated FM). The role oversees daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of the building to ensure safety, compliance, and service excellence across all sites.

You will lead technical shift teams, manage M&E and ACMV systems, and ensure robust preventive maintenance and rapid fault resolution to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on exposure to UPS systems is mandatory.
• Extensive hands-on M&E and ACMV building operations experience in a critical facilities environment.
• Certifications in HVAC/refrigeration or electrical/mechanical systems are advantageous.
• Proficiency in CMMS for maintenance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical shift teams to support 24/7 critical facilities operations.
• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems, with a focus on M&E and ACMV.
• Operate and maintain UPS systems, manage battery systems, respond to alarms/faults, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Manage and operate Process Utility Systems (CDA, UPW, PCW, PVAC, Scrubber).
• Execute robust preventive maintenance programs and fault finding to minimize downtime.
• Respond to emergencies and implement corrective actions efficiently.
• Maintain maintenance records using CMMS.

• Lead and manage technical shift teams to support 24/7 critical facilities operations
• Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems, with a primary focus on M&E and ACMV systems
• Operate and maintain Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, including managing battery systems, responding to alarms/faults, and executing comprehensive preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Manage and operate Process Utility Systems, including CDA, UPW, PCW, PVAC, and Scrubber systems
• Execute robust preventive maintenance programs and perform hands-on fault finding to minimize equipment downtime
• Respond promptly to emergencies and implement corrective actions efficiently
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Practical, hands‑on exposure to UPS systems is mandatory
• Extensive hands‑on experience in M&E and ACMV building operations within a critical facilities environment
• Certifications in HVAC/refrigeration (e.g., Universal CFC), electrical, or mechanical systems are highly advantageous
• Proficiency in using CMMS for tracking and managing maintenance activities
• Strong background in preventive maintenance, fault finding, and advanced troubleshooting
• Proven experience leading, supervising, and providing technical guidance to technicians or shift teams in a 24/7 operations setting
• Solid experience operating and maintaining process utilities (CDA, UPW, PCW, PVAC, or Scrubber systems)
