Job summary

Sapsf is seeking a Sr Technical Lead (Support & Operations) to provide L2/L3 Unix/Linux administration for Linux, Solaris, and AIX in data center and cloud environments. You will drive automation using Ansible/Terraform and contribute to continuous improvement across incident management, patching, and scalability.

You will oversee Docker/Kubernetes platforms, patch management with Red Hat Satellite, and infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of Unix/Linux system administration and support.
• Strong troubleshooting in Linux, Solaris, and AIX environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure in data center and cloud environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certifications such as RHCSA, Solaris CA, AWS/SAA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 administration and operational support for Linux, Solaris, and AIX servers in Data Center and Cloud environments.
• Manage installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle of Unix/Linux platforms.
• Manage virtualization tech: Solaris Zones/LDOMs, AIX LPARs/VIOS.
• OS hardening, capacity management, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot server, OS, hardware, storage, and application issues.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
