Job summary

Century Games is seeking a Senior Unity Game Programmer to join our mobile game team. You will build rapid prototypes using Unity, collaborate with designers and artists, and iterate based on performance data to improve engagement and monetization.

The role emphasizes high performance, scalable code and staying current with mobile game industry trends. On-site at Labrador Park, Singapore, with a hybrid WFO schedule including one work-from-home day.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• Strong programming skills in Unity/C# development.
• Knowledge of Git or other source control tools.
• Familiarity with OOP and design patterns.
• Ability to write clean, readable code that supports rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement rapid prototypes of mobile games to validate new concepts and gameplay mechanics.
• Collaborate with teams of developers, designers and artists to iterate quickly on prototypes.
• Make timely adjustments to prototypes based on data insights to optimize user acquisition, retention and monetization.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to mobile game development and advertising.
