Job summary

TCSJOHNHUXLEY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Software Innovation Engineer (Gaming) with strong Unity and C# background to transform ideas into production-ready prototypes, working closely with cross-functional teams.

You will prototype and develop engaging casino gaming experiences, translate concepts into production-ready software, and iterate based on feedback while emphasizing performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in casino gaming, game development, iGaming, mobile gaming, or related real-time interactive application development.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and/or C# object-oriented programming, with practical software development skills.
• Experience with Unity 2D/3D development and game concepts (states, scripting, animation, physics).
• Knowledge of 2D/3D graphics development, textures, VFX and interactive content development.
• Ability to translate ideas into working prototypes and interactive experiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable with evolving requirements.
• Familiarity with debugging, profiling, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems in a team setting.
• Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple initiatives and deliver prototypes on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative 2D/3D casino and gaming experiences using Unity and C#.
• Prototype and develop new casino game concepts, features, and interactive experiences.
• Translate product ideas and user requirements into functional prototypes and proofs-of-concepts.
• Develop reusable, efficient code suitable for prototyping and production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new casino concepts to life.
• Integrate graphics, animations, textures, audio, and other assets into interactive experiences.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, performance, scalability, and implementation approaches.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues during prototyping and development.
• Review software architecture to improve performance, scalability, and reusability.
• Explore emerging technologies to differentiate gaming experiences and iterate on prototypes.
