Job summary

Qualifications

• Total work experience of 3 years in UI/UX design preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
• Conduct user research and perform usability testing to refine designs.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design, a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and intuitive design solutions, and the ability to lead and mentor other designers. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are both functional and aesthetically appealing.Key Responsibilities: Design: Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on simplicity, ease of use, and user engagement. User Research and Testing: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience. Perform usability testing and iteratively refine designs based on test outcomes. Analyze user behavior data and metrics to inform design decisions. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs. Present and defend design decisions, ensuring they are backed up by user data and research. Facilitate design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation. Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills. Set and maintain high standards for design quality and consistency across all projects. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Documentation and Guidelines: Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
