Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognised university degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 to 3 years of work experience in outreach, student recruitment or engagement in higher education.
• Experience in event execution and management.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and lead undergraduate recruitment and outreach strategies to meet College objectives.
• Create UG marketing collaterals (brochures, slide decks, EDMs, features).
• Draft and execute annual social media plan and support video production for admissions.
• Maintain and update CoE websites and intranet pages.
• Coordinate collateral production, photoshoots, and external vendors.
• Support outreach programmes for local and international students.
• Analyze post-event data to derive actionable insights.
• Build relationships with schools, alumni, and industry partners.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects for the Office.
