About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Trust Administrator to manage a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other wealth structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-class service to clients, beneficiaries, and intermediaries, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. With the support of a Trust Officer, you will identify and mitigate risks while working collaboratively within the office to support your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Intermediary Management: Deliver high-quality service to all clients and intermediaries, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships. You will regularly conduct trust reviews and work closely with Trust Directors to enhance client service, ensuring all commitments are met on time and to a high standard.
  • Commercial Focus: Meet personal targets for time recording, utilization, and working capital management. You will assist Trust Directors in analyzing the profitability of client portfolios, monitor work-in-progress, and ensure the prompt collection of fees.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage and mitigate risks within your client portfolio, leveraging technical expertise and escalating issues as necessary. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in trust administration within the fiduciary sector, demonstrating strong client service skills and an understanding of high-net-worth clients' needs. Familiarity with the technical aspects of fiduciary administration is essential.
  • Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate will be client-focused, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are key to success in this role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
  • Education & Certification: A degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field is required, along with a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA.
