Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is recruiting a Senior Trust Accountant to support client entities, maintain offshore and Singapore company records, and prepare financial statements in compliance with SFRS. The role requires full-set bookkeeping, strong Excel skills, and experience with investment holding entities.

Training is provided for candidates with no experience. The position is based in Singapore at Shenton Way, with typical Monday to Friday workdays and a variety of standard working hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-set bookkeeping and financial statement preparation experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore FRS / SFRS.
• Experience with investment holding companies, family offices, FRS 109 or FRS 107 is advantageous.
• Experience preparing Form C-S is advantageous.
• Proficient in Viewpoint and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong reconciliation, numerical and analytical skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with good communication skills.
• Candidates with no experience is also welcome, training will be provided!

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records for offshore and Singapore companies.
• Handle full-set bookkeeping and monthly bank/securities reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, working papers and supporting schedules.
• Perform year-end foreign currency and investment fair value adjustments.
• Liaise with administrators, auditors and tax agents on statutory filings.
• Follow up on supporting documents for investments and client transactions.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with SFRS.
• Prepare XBRL financial statements, Form C-S and tax computations.
• Support ad-hoc accounting duties as required.

• Position: Senior Trust Accountant / Trust Accountant
• Location: Shenton Way
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.00AM to 5.00PM / 8.30AM to 5.30PM / 9.00AM to 6.00PM / 9.30AM to 6.30PM
• Salary: Up to $5,500 Basic + Performance Bonus
