Senior Treasury Manager

Our client is in the Real Estate business and currently hiring a Senior Treasury Manager to oversee a Regional portfolio.

1. Degree in Accountancy/ Finance
2. Strong Real Estate industry exposure (at least in the recent 5 years)
3. Strong Financing experience, managing interest rate and loan structuring
4. Regional experience

As the Senior Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure effective financing and corporate funding through various capital sources in the region, with a goal to ensure business scalability, tax and financial efficiency. You will monitor exposure to interest rate and currency risks, and implement hedging or mitigation strategies as needed. You will evaluate financing proposals, align funding terms and supervise aspects relating to loan administration and compliance. You will establish robust cash flow planning frameworks to ensure funding continuity amidst market fluctuations, manage capital positioning and longer-term liquidity forecasts to support operational and expansion initiatives. You will also build and sustain strong partnerships with banks and other institutions to ensure timely access to credit lines and funding channels.
