The role will support Program design, project cadence and processes, change analytics, stakeholder engagement, toolkit development, Performance measurement, and maintenance of the key programs.
Job Description
- Working with market leaders to design Transformation programs
- Assessing the business situation and challenges
- Exploring potential solutions and advising markets on best approach
- Prioritisation of various initiatives and sequencing them for effective delivery
- Defining the right measures of success/ KPIs for the initiatives
- Establish the correct rhythm for the project/s and associated stakeholder touch points, as well as establishing baselines, controls, tolerances and escalation points
- Structure the projects delivery with right tools and cadence or help to develop a suite of tailored tools specific for the project
- Develop the project charter and required work streams to build out a detailed, integrated project plan
- Ensure optimal & effective Governance has been set-up to drive delivery of the programs
- Establish robust and relevant measures of progress and success to allow for data-driven monitoring of the Project progress
- Understand, segment, map and engage stakeholders across the project/s to enact activity and engage them
- Identify and manage critical change impacts, readiness and dependencies throughout the project/s
- Providing strategic and tactical insight, advice and corrective action to enable quick, robust decision making and deliver the project on time
- Ensuring the business transformation delivers the intended outcomes and associated Change management is conducted thoughtfully and effectively
- Design and implement change management strategies to support the successful adoption of transformation initiatives across the region
- Act as a transformation champion, fostering clear communication, alignment, and buy-in from all levels of the organization
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and strategic partners, to communicate transformation objectives and sustain momentum
- Reporting Support in driving performance management framework to monitor, evaluate and enhance organisational performance across the region
- Identification of metrics that matter and defining measurement methodology for them · Publishing relevant dashboards on periodic basis, or working with Analytics team to drive automation of reporting
- Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and develop corrective action plans to drive productivity and efficiency
- Driving continuous improvement of processes, with particular focus on Retail, Aftersales and Used-cars operations
- Bring the relevant stakeholders on the change journey towards updated process
- Co-ordinate with Technical experts to support delivery of improvements/automation
- To highlight the transformation progress, and unblock the challenges
- To be a key ally in supporting the Transformation in their market in a structured manner
- To ensure that capabilities on offer are matched with the market demand and delivery of planned initiatives run smoothly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, Strategy, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in transformation, performance management, or operational leadership, with significant exposure to leadership
- Experience in delivery of large-scale transformation programs, including monitoring their success and driving change
- Experience of Distribution & Retail operations, ideally in the automotive sector
- Prior Management consulting experience preferred
- Practical experience of utilising Project Management & Change management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence organizational change across levels
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decision making analytical thinking
- Understanding of Digital stack & delivery of digital projects will be a plus
