Senior Transfer Pricing Manager - Multinational Advisory

Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Tax Manager to join a growing advisory team in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end TP documentation, manage cross-border engagements, and advise on intercompany pricing policies.

Reporting to senior partners, you will handle filings such as GIR and CbCR, engage multinational clients, and contribute to expanding the TP service offering.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Taxation or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as SCTP, CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA or equivalent are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of transfer pricing experience in professional services, accounting or multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore transfer pricing regulations, OECD TP Guidelines and CIT principles.
• Experience preparing TP documentation, compliance filings and responding to tax authority queries.
• Familiarity with CbCR, Form GIR requirements and intercompany agreement reviews is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end preparation and review of high-quality Transfer Pricing Documentation (TPD) for corporate clients.
• Proactively manage transfer pricing compliance requirements, including GIR and CbCR filings, ahead of deadlines.
• Provide practical TP advice on related party transactions and intercompany pricing policies.
• Support internal audit and tax partners with TP guidance.
• Draft and manage responses to CIT queries involving TP matters with stakeholders.
