Location: Singapore

Type: Full Time

Provide skills training for clients to improve their independence, work skills, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement and supervise training programmes with Training Officers.
  2. Develop training materials and supervise training for clients and caregivers in daily living, community living, social, recreational, vocational skills, and open employment.
  3. Conduct caregiver reviews to ensure training application in home settings.
  4. Perform pre- and post-assessments of clients and monitor their progress.
  5. Maintain and supervise the implementation of Individualised Training Plans (ITP), training, and assessment records.
  6. Assign work to trainees, ensuring progress in work-related skills and compliance with rules and regulations.
  7. Analyze work processes and propose improvements for training, productivity, and efficiency.
  8. Provide job coaching and transport management during offsite placements.
  9. Manage trainee administration, including attendance, behavior, and outcomes.
  10. Oversee contract work operations, safety, and equipment maintenance, reporting any incidents.
  11. Accompany trainees to offsite functions as needed.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Minimum Diploma, with at least 2 years of experience working with persons with disabilities; training and coaching experience preferred.
  2. Interest and experience in life and work skills training for adults with disabilities.
  3. Self-motivated, team player, adaptable, and able to multitask.
  4. Good communication, people management skills, and technical ability.
  5. Meticulous with strong observational skills.
