Job summary

The Unconventional, LLC, a subsidiary of Yorktown Systems Group, seeks a Training Documentation Developer to support SOCPAC with critical, non-standard logistical content for USINDOPACOM. You will create manuals, guides, and training materials, ensuring accuracy, translations readiness, and version control for global mission training.

Required are a Bachelor's degree, 7 years in technical writing and material development, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7 years of relevant experience in technical documentation.
• 7 years translating inputs into clear deliverables and managing version control.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develops training documentation, manuals, guides, quick-reference materials, and exercise support products.
• Maintains version control, formatting quality, and translation-ready content for demonstrations and trainings.
• Supports global classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning.
• Supports training materials, demonstrations, exercises, partner-nation documentation, and native-language support.
• Supports Training, Exercises, and Experimentation function.
