Qualifications

• Experience in developing and enforcing policies and programmes.
• Experience in curriculum design, facilitation, and assessment in coaching and training.
• Proven ability to foster partnerships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training frameworks across ActiveSG HQ and Operations.
• Manage Train-the-Trainer programmes and lead research for learning initiatives.
• Oversee partnerships with industry leaders and agencies.
• Coordinate integrated training environments and implement analytics projects.
