This role requires excellent time and project management and can work well under tight timelines. Being able to work with multiple stakeholders at once and is comfortable with presentation and discussion in a relatively big group. This individual will get the opportunity to learn how to support a omnichannel business with close to 500 stores island wide and 7-eleven app.
The Role
Be the Brand Champion: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive Always-On Advertising & Promotions (A&P) campaigns—bringing our brand to life through engaging in-store displays (POSMs) and digital content across platforms, including social media and the 7-Eleven app.
Lead the Buzz: Partner with our commercial team to strategize and execute influencer (KOL) engagements for new product launches, ensuring maximum visibility and impact.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor social media trends, customer sentiments, and competitor activities. Translate insights into actionable strategies to keep our brand relevant, responsive, and on the pulse of the market.
Create Viral-Worthy Content: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging social media reels. Tap into trending formats and viral moments to craft content that resonates and drives engagement.
Empower Store-Level Impact: Collaborate with stores to ensure enthusiastic participation and optimal execution of store-specific campaigns, turning every location into a brand showcase.
About You
A diploma or degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
3 years marketing experience in retail or FMCG
Passion in 360 campaign planning and events management
Have experience in loyalty app is a plus
