Qualifications

• Proven category management and strategic sourcing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes to monitor collaborator happiness with key suppliers and target revenue growth and spend reduction.
• Assist in supplier segmentation and strategic goal setting by developing category strategies.
• Identify and evaluate category-specific savings/revenue levers driving targets.
• Share market insights and trends with internal teams using should-cost models.
• Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions, renewals and bundled RFQs.
• Develop supplier contract strategies with cost savings, sourcing and supplier evaluation.
• Collaborate with key customers to deliver strategic solutions and maintain spend-category expertise.
• Drive a customer-centric approach to issue resolution and procurement partnerships.
