Job summary

SATS Ltd, headquartered in Singapore, seeks a Threat Detection & Response Sr. Analyst to monitor security systems, analyze alerts, and respond to incidents across IT environments. You will work within the global SOC, leveraging SIEM/EDR and SOAR, applying MITRE ATT&CK, and mentoring junior analysts.

The role requires 3+ years in cybersecurity operations (Tier 2/3 SOC) and certifications such as GCIH/GCFA/GCIA/CEH. Collaboration with regional teams in Europe and Singapore is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent threat management & incident response experience.
• Active cybersecurity certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, GCIA, CEH, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security consoles and dashboards (SIEM/EDR) for suspicious activity and triage alerts.
• Investigate incidents, determine scope, gather evidence, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Execute end-to-end incident response actions including containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Proactively hunt for indicators of compromise using MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Tune detection rules and SOAR playbooks to reduce false positives.
• Collaborate with global SOC teams and document findings for post-incident reviews.
