Job summary
Micron Technology in Singapore seeks a Senior Engineer to develop, optimize, and characterize thin film CVD and diffusion processes for advanced NAND technology. You will design experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot when needed, collaborating with integration, metrology, and equipment teams.
The role requires a strong foundation in thin film deposition and characterization, disciplined DOE/SPC execution, and experience in transferring processes to manufacturing while maintaining quality
Qualifications
- PhD, or Master's ≥3 yrs, or Bachelor's ≥5 yrs of relevant experience in EE, materials science, or related fields.
- Demonstrated foundation in thin film deposition and characterization; R&D readiness is important.
- Experience with DOE/SPC, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and characterize thin film CVD/Diffusion processes to meet targets.
- Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and communicate results clearly.
- Perform film characterization (SEM, TEM, XPS, SIMS, AFM) and relate to outcomes.
- Support process transfer and pilot line execution, ensuring process maturity.
- Collaborate with Process Integration, Metrology, Failure Analysis, Yield, and equipment teams.
