Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation is seeking a Senior Engineer/Engineer (Thin Film - CMP Process) in Singapore. You will analyze SPC charts, manage DOE data, and drive improvements in yield and process capability.

You will lead cross-functional teams, troubleshoot recipes across metrology tools, and ensure quality compliance while maintaining uptime and OEE targets. A strong analytical mindset and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering/physical science field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Thin Film CMP processes.
Strong teamwork, communication and written skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Highly committed with ownership and accountability.
Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Analyze SPC charts and apply SPACE rules for quality troubleshooting.
Analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, and sort yield; use JMP/Klarity ACE for analysis.
Create SPC charts, DCOP and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View).
Review and ensure recipe content compliance using RMS.
Lead cross-functional teams to address yield issues and drive improvements.
Troubleshoot recipes/job files in metrology tools and resolve process issues.
Collaborate with Equipment and Manufacturing to meet module objectives for uptime and OEE.
Initiate CIP programs to optimize process window, cost, yield, and productivity.
Self-audit specifications and drive TS16949 quality compliance.
