PhysicsX Ltd. is seeking a Senior Simulation Engineer (Delivery) to translate complex physics models into practical engineering solutions for industrial clients.

You will lead on-site CAE deliveries, integrating thermal and multiphase simulations with AI-enabled tooling, and collaborate with Data Scientists and client teams to validate results. Expect hands-on modeling with Abaqus/ANSYS/COMSOL, automation with Python/Java, and close engagement with manufacturing operations to meet commercial

Qualifications

• Experience in metallurgical, chemical, heat transfer, and multiphase modelling.
• Proficient with Abaqus, ANSYS, or COMSOL and automating workflows.
• Experience with parametric CAD (NX, FreeCAD, CATIA) and Python/Java.
• Industrial/line-side manufacturing experience in a commercial setting.

Responsabilités

• Build CAE models integrated into AI tools for practical use.
• Work with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and clients.
• Set up simulations independently and interpret results.
• Develop scalable optimization workflows.
• Ensure outputs respect qualification windows and regulatory constraints.
• Deliver customer-facing solutions under deadlines.
