Job summary

PhysicsX Ltd. is re-architecting engineering for the age of intelligence. We seek experts in CFD and multiphase modelling to build AI-enabled simulation pipelines for industrial applications. You will automate tools, scale models, and work closely with clients on-site and remotely.

You’ll apply OpenFOAM/Star-CCM+/Fluent and CFD-driven design optimization across bioprocess and chemical engineering settings. A hybrid work model combines Shoreditch office time with home days.

Qualifications

• Advanced CFD modelling skills with industry experience.
• Automation skills with Python or similar languages.
• Experience with multi-physics coupling and process modelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop multiphase flow models for gas-liquid and solid-liquid systems.
• Create robust meshing strategies for complex industrial geometries.
• Link CFD with reaction kinetics and heat transfer for integrated models.
• Lead data pipelines and ML-CFD surrogate modelling for design exploration.
• Collaborate with clients to scope and deliver CAE/AI solutions.
