Job description

What you’ll do as a Therapy Assistant!

You will assist Physiotherapists in the supervision of patients as well as the implementation of therapy interventions and outcome measures for selected patient cases. These include assisting in the pre-consult assessment and corresponding data entry into the electronic documentation system (EPIC), managing clinic slots, applying electro-physical modalities, assisting the therapist in gait training with walking aids for patients, performing safety checks independently, and assisting in the teaching and supervision of exercises as per the Physiotherapist’s instruction.

You will be responsible for operational and administrative tasks such as cleaning and maintaining therapy equipment and devices, checking and updating inventory, and calling reminders to ensure smooth operations of physiotherapy service.
