Flex in Singapore is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our team in Kallang. You will direct testing activities, coordinate calibration, and lead validation of test systems while interfacing with engineering and operations to resolve issues.

The role requires strong technical communication, PCBA/system box knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with PCBA and system box build.
• Able to read 2D drawings and schematics.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Strong technical and commercial communication.
• Customer-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Directs testing and test equipment development.
• Coordinates calibration and maintenance of instruments.
• Defines test conditions and sequences.
• Performs validation on test systems.
• Analyzes test data and prepares reports.
• Trains floor staff on test hardware/software.
• Coordinates maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Contributes to EHS and CSER policies.
