Job summary

Flextronics is seeking a Senior Test Engineer in Kallang, Singapore to lead testing activities for electronic products and software systems. You will coordinate engineers, technicians, and equipment to ensure robust test methods, data capture, and problem solving.

The role requires reading drawings, QA mindset, and effective collaboration with internal teams and customers. A focus on safety and environment aligns with Flex’s policies and CSER commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience with PCBA or system box build preferred.
• Ability to read 2D drawings and schematics for components.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a customer-oriented environment and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Directs/coordinates testing activities and test equipment development.
• Supports validation of Test System/Equipment and process setup.
• Analyzes test data and prepares technical reports for engineers and management.
• Trains floor staff on test hardware/software and problem solving.
• Maintains equipment/tester with coordination of repairs and upkeep.
• Contributes to EHS and CSER initiatives as required.
