Job summary

XCELLINK PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior software test engineer to lead end-to-end testing for integrated e-payment systems in Singapore. You will drive test planning, design, execution, and reporting while building automated tests and maintaining environments.

With 5+ years in software testing across device-based and backend systems, you will ensure coverage, collaborate with stakeholders, and improve test processes. A DevSecOps minded approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in software testing and test automation for device-based and backend systems.
• SDLC knowledge from requirements to deployment.
• 3+ years testing on Windows platforms.
• Experience with Unix/Linux, embedded systems, or cloud testing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Professional certification in software testing preferred.
• Experience with micropayment or AFC systems is advantageous.
• Experience across SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for integrated e-payment systems.
• Participate in full testing lifecycle including planning, requirements analysis, design, execution and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain test environments, develop test cases, and execute various testing types.
• Design, develop and maintain automated test solutions.
• Establish traceability, identify gaps, and improve coverage.
• Log, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review tests and communicate outcomes.
• Perform root cause analysis for production and UAT issues.
• Prepare and maintain automation documentation and guides.
• Support automated testing pipelines in DevSecOps, integrating testing throughout SDLC.
