Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to drive quality across software solutions.

You will design, develop and execute manual and automated tests, collaborating with analysts, developers, DevOps, and project managers to ensure quality throughout SDLC. You will build scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or quality engineering roles.
Strong experience in manual and automated testing of enterprise applications.
Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases based on requirements.
Define quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices across projects.
Design, develop, maintain and enhance scalable automated test frameworks.
Collaborate with DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Perform defect identification, tracking, and resolution verification.
